I went to this school back in 1999 and due to Maria and her e xcellent staff I have been a successful licensed Aesthetician for 13 years.  Fantastic school and great people! Definetly will receive an education like no other here, everytime I interview Aestheticians at our spa I find it amazing that many of them have no knowledge of important skin care information that was basic and should have been taught the first few weeks in school.  I recommend this to anyone who is serious about their future! I could not leave HVSA without telling you just how very much I appreciate all that you have done for me during my stay at HVSA. I am forced to recall a television commercial that asks you to remember that special teacher that made an impression on your life. Having done this and reviewed all the teachers that I have encountered in my academic career, without a doubt that person would have to be you.  You are truly a remarkable individual. As a teacher, your enthusiasm to share your knowledge and experience is evident each day that you conduct class and clinic. The advice that you are always so willing to give to help each and every one of us to reach our goals is insightful and heartfelt, and your willingness to extend your friendship to your students is comforting and genuine. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for all that you have taught me, given me, and guided me through. My only regret is that I did not pursue this career path sooner in my life. I do however, look forward to a long and fulfilling friendship with you in the future. “I have been coming to Hudson Valley School of Aesthetics since 2001. I came sporatically for a year and decided to come every week because I started to see improvements in my features. I was treated with IPL, Microdermabrasion, European facials, Oxygen Facials and a few others. I also had Thermage done and Gentle Waves.  I came because it was relaxing as well as improving my skin. The European Facial is my favorite because it includes some massage on the arms and back. I also started coming to the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy sporatically in 2001. I started once a month, then twice a month, then decided I would do it once a week. I never regretted spending the money on myself. It has been rewarding.”
